Ethical Channel

Through the Ethical Channel or Internal System of Information you can report, anonymously, confidentially and securely, any action or omission that may constitute a serious or very serious criminal or administrative offence, or a breach of European Union Law, in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/1937 and Spanish Regulation nº 2/2023. They will be received and managed by Normon's Compliance Area, informing subsequently to the Internal Audit Department and guaranteeing confidentiality and non-retaliation against anyone who, in good faith, makes use of it. It is prohibited to use the Ethical Channel in bad faith or to make false reports.
Reports can be submitted through any of the following channels (Ethical Channel):

The Reporting Person whose subject matter falls within the scope of application of Spanish Regulation nº 2/2023 may also file his or her Report before the following external channels: (i) the Independent Information Authority for Whistleblower Protection, as well as (ii) the competent national and regional authorities, and, where appropriate, (iii) the institutions, bodies or agencies of the European Union empowered for this purpose.
